What is the Due Diligence Project?

The Due Diligence Project is a global initiative advancing women's human rights through the Due Diligence Accountability Framework. Developed through rigorous research and advocacy across 45 countries, the Framework is grounded in international law and responsive to each country's distinct economic and socio-political realities.

Violence Against Women

Violence against women is a human rights violation with roots in poverty, inequality, and impunity. Ending it requires coordinated commitment and action from governments, employers, and institutions alike.

As harassment, image-based abuse, and AI-generated content move online, we work with States and technology companies to protect women's rights in digital spaces.

State and Corporate Responsibility

Governments and businesses share a legal responsibility to prevent human rights abuses and provide remedy. We help translate that obligation into implementable standards and actions.
